Delivery In UAE

Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery within the UAE if your order does not include pots or planters. if your order include pots or planters kindly allow upto 7-14 business days for the delivery. our delivery service is door-to-door anywhere in UAE. Our driver will contact you to coordinate a delivery time. 

Delivery Outside of UAE

Subject to courier quote depending on each order. Customer is responsible for paying any import costs such as VAT, duties and customs upon delivery, if applied by their countries.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days of ordering that your item will be delayed. At that time you can decide to cancel the order or we can work with you to pick another similar item.

Shipping Notification 

Your order & payment confirmation will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification.
