RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
To request a return please email info@plantish.ae and include the following:
- Your order number
- Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning
Item(s) maybe returned within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund, less an origin shipping fee and handling costs, regardless of if you received free shipping. If you do not request a refund within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return outside of that time frame.
Origin Delivery & Handling Fee in UAE = AED 50
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us in writing of your request to return an item within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email all return requests to info@plantish.ae . Your item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that they were received. It must also be undamaged as damaged returns or returns opened and not packed as received will not be honored. We will not honour returns of damaged products or missing items unless noted as the reason for return in your original return request. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.

- Custom Orders
- Pots & Planters
- Installed items.
- Damaged items.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@plantish.ae
FINAL SALE
If an item is considered a sale item then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
CANCELLATIONS
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy.
